How Attaché benefits the business:
From the client: Having used the Attaché software for 16 years there have been so many good things to look back on; the most recent being the release of Attaché 7. The revamped Windows “look and feel” and the new functionality will certainly ensure we continue to enjoy our Attaché experience.
The best thing about Attaché has been Attaché Alex. This has revolutionalised the way we do business. The cost saving of paper, ink, stamps, envelopes and time spent managing these tasks have disappeared.
Attaché 7 is an easy to use, intuitive piece of software. It is easy to introduce new staff to the software with only a small learning curve required to get them up to speed and confident with it.
If you make a mistake it can ALWAYS be fixed. There’s no need to be fearful, just get in and use it. Also make sure you have good software support. Our Consultant, Brent, is always there when we need him, and thankfully we don’t need him often!
From ASCH: The Company is one of the largest users of Attaché Alex (email service) in New Zealand. Virtually all purchase orders, customer invoices & customer statements are sent using this service. This saves the time consuming task for the office person to create, manually print, and stuff envelopes. Now it’s simply a matter of finalising each transaction and Attaché takes care of the rest; be it a physically printed document, or emailed straight from the computer to the person that needs to receive it.
The Purchase Order (PO) module allows them to keep the stock purchasing under control. At any point in time they are aware of what has been ordered, what has been delivered, and when they can expect the outstanding product to be available. This means time saving for various departments in the business, as one system tracks everything.
The Product module allows the finished products manufactured to have their own part number that links back to the original drawings for technical detail.
The OE (Order Entry/Invoicing) system allows a user to place an order from a customer and easily determine what product is available.
The GL (General Ledger Level) system assists the company accountant to report to the board of directors of Pearson Engineering Ltd on a monthly basis.
